Who knew it could be such a hassle? I just wanted to load some pictures on the picture frame to take to Adrienne's party but all I kept getting (once I sorted out the issue with the memory card - R/W) was unsupported format. I could see them fine on the computer but not on the frame. It was not until I did I detailed properties compare of what was already on there to what I was trying to load that I saw a dpi difference. Now fixed in bulk thanks to IRFanView - an awesome little utility.
